Katherine and Elizabeth

Katherine and her harp, named Elizabeth, have been together for a couple of years already. Elizabeth is a very special Lyon & Healy Style 20 Gold harp. Elizabeth was born in Chicago at the Lyon & Healy factory in 1918.

Although recently completely reconditioned by Lyon & Healy, Elizabeth still has the original sound board which accounts for the exceptional quality of the musical tones and the wide register and rich deep tones.
